One photo in. The Jean Phil dance out, with you in the suit's place. Same lean, same point, same straight face.
What your dancer does
§ 01
The Gang Gang dance is a short vertical clip that took over TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts in September 2026. Its star is Jean Phil, short for Jean Philanthrope: a deadpan, blond-bobbed character with a handlebar moustache and a brown houndstooth suit, widely believed to be AI-generated. He leans, takes a few loose steps to the track "Gang Gang", points at the camera and finishes with a hand on his hip, without ever cracking a smile.
The trend is to put someone else in his place: yourself, a friend, a baby photo, a dog. Gang Gang Dance AI does exactly that. Instead of asking a model to invent a dance from a text prompt, it edits a real 29-second reference routine and swaps the dancer for the one in your photo, so every beat lands where it should.
§ 02
Four takes of the Gang Gang routine on the blue-lit battle stage. Watch the beats your dancer will hit: the lean, the loose steps, the point, the hip.
§ 03
A clear, full-body shot of one person or one pet. Phone photos are fine.
Kling 4.0 edits the reference routine in one pass and puts your dancer in, keeping the moves, framing and timing.
A 29-second 9:16 MP4, about 720×1280. Add the Gang Gang sound in TikTok or Reels and post.

§ 07
A web tool that turns one photo into the viral Gang Gang (Jean Phil) dance. You upload a full-body photo, the AI swaps the dancer in a 29-second reference routine for your person or pet, and you download a 9:16 video ready for TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
Jean Phil, or Jean Philanthrope, is the deadpan character in a houndstooth suit from the original Gang Gang clips. Most viewers believe he is AI-generated. This site is not affiliated with the creator of the character or with the artist behind the song.
29 seconds, the whole routine, vertical 9:16, about 720×1280, MP4. It usually takes 5 to 15 minutes to render, and signed-in users get an email when it is ready.
Don't count on it. The audio comes from the model and may differ from the original track. For TikTok and Reels, add the "Gang Gang" sound from the app's own library when you post, so the video is linked to the trend and the music is licensed by the platform.
It can work, but the model has to invent your legs and shoes, and the steps look less like you. A head-to-shoes photo gives the cleanest result.
Yes. The animal becomes an upright dancer with its own fur, face and paws. Animals vary more than people, so pick a sharp photo where the whole body is visible.
Not in one video yet. The routine has one dancer, so upload one person per video. Make one for each friend and post them side by side or as a duet.
No. Each 29-second video costs us about four dollars in AI compute, so there is no free trial. One video is $9.99, packs cost less per video, and failed renders refund automatically.
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ask you to label realistic AI-generated content, and their AI label toggle takes a second. Only use photos of people who agreed, never of minors, and don't present the clip as real footage.
It is used only to make your video. Uploads are deleted automatically after about two days; your finished videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.
